I have worked as a Food Stylist in London for 10 years and relish the opportunity to work with fantastic food, really great people and inspiring publications. I focus on the Editorial side of the industry, and also provide recipe writing, recipe testing and prop styling for a range of publications.
My clients include Jamie Oliver, Waitrose, Food and Wine, M&S, Octopus Publishing, Penguin Random House, Quadrille, Guardian Cook, Sunday Times Magazine and Stella, amongst others.
In 2008 I studied for the Diploma in Food and Wine at Leiths and obtained a distinction. To build on what I had learnt in the classroom I went on to work at Racine in Knightsbridge under the watchful eye of Henry Harris. I left the heat of the kitchen to pursue some exciting private catering opportunities which in a round about way lead me into Food Styling where I have happily been since.
